Velocity Mobile 103 Set For September Release

Velocity Mobile first showed off their new line of Windows Mobile devices during CTIA 2008, and now it appears the new player in the cellular device market is ready to release their first device.





The Velocity Mobile 103 will feature Windows Mobile 6.1, a touchscreen and a slew of other add-ons that should give it a good presence upon release.











Among its offerings the Velocity Mobile 103 will feature Quad-Band GSM calling abilities, along with 3G data access and Edge and GPRS connectivity. The Velocity 103 will also feature a 2 mega pixel camera and a secondary VGA video conference camera on the front side of the unit.





For multimedia fans the 103 also comes equipped with a TV-out connection and plenty of memory via 256MB of ROM including a microSDHC expansion card slot.





The Velocity Mobile 103 is now available for pre-order with a cost of £334.99 ($591 USD) with the Qwerty keypad Velocity Mobile 111 model hopefully just around the corner.
