Rafe from AllAboutSymbian has posted a kick-ass tutorial on using Mass Storage Synchronizer 1.3 to more easily copy music from iTunes to your phone!! 

It took me awhile to get it working, but one quick email to the creator and I was on my way.  This tutorial shows how Mass Storage Synchronizer 1.3 can be used to copy music from your iTunes library to your phone via mmc. 

I've been doing it the old-fashioned way I guess.  Using OggPlayer and renaming the extensions in my iTunes library from m4a to m4p and then using the Nokia File Browserto copy and paste... but trust me, this is much faster!
